3. drainage fee paid before building licence issued
so i draw up a quick plan of grass and kangaroo paws and a diagram of some pipes and valves went down to council with these and the drainage fee then waited

Can't have a skillion roof new elevation

the builder
we found a design we could change quiet easy to suit our needs so we approached Peter Stannard and had them change the floor plans for the Mondo and have a skillion elevation
